Project Manager
LOGIS has an opportunity for a Project Manager. This position is responsible for leading projects with stakeholders and independently managing multiple projects from start to finish. This includes scheduling of resources, monitor project progress, setting deadlines, resolving issues and conflicts, managing project budgets, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and evaluating project performance.
This position will require flexibility to work within various project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. The role will need to manage multiple workstreams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and refine detailed project artifacts, such as project scope, milestones, work breakdown structure or backlog, Gantt charts or roadmap, as appropriate to a given project.
- Lead project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
- Facilitate project meetings and decision-making processes.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and address their concerns.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with supervisors across the organization to optimize resource allocation and support project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of three years of managing IT technical projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in organizing and facilitating projects, with the ability to present project changes through clear, compelling, and credible communications
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues, formulate solutions, and apply critical thinking in negotiation and decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project contributors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
- Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project management concepts
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Jira
- Work or education in a related field such as information technology technical administration, application support, or software implementation

In addition, we offer a hybrid work schedule. Hiring range for this position is $88k-103k annually. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
