IP Telephony Engineer
LOGIS is seeking an IP Telephony Engineer to join our Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) Team within the Network Services Division. The IP Telephony Engineer is responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing LOGIS’s unified communications environment, ensuring reliable and secure voice and collaboration services for LOGIS and its member organizations. This is a complex, multi-customer environment that requires strong collaboration, communication, and coordination across many stakeholders. This position will stay abreast of modernization and technology trends to help evolve voice and collaboration systems and services. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to work in a shared services model, partnering with diverse technical teams and member organizations to deliver innovative, high-quality communication solutions.
- Administer, maintain, and support unified communications systems, including call routing, translation patterns, queuing, voicemail, and contact center functionality.
- Manage and monitor SIP trunks, PRIs, FXS/FXO interfaces, paging, and related telephony components.
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot IP Telephony and collaboration applications and platforms such as Attendant Console, Call Accounting, Call Recording, E911, Mass Notification, and Meeting/Presence services.
- Perform upgrades, system patching, and configuration changes to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop, test, and maintain Contact Center scripts for call routing, information access, reporting, and user management.
- Collaborate across LOGIS teams, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless integration between telephony, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams).
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring timely resolution of support cases, proactive engagement on technology roadmaps, and alignment with service goals.
- Research and implement new technologies and process improvements that enhance reliability, automation, or customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business management, or related field.
- Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification or a minimum of four years’ experience administering Cisco Unified Communications environments in a multi-site enterprise.
- Experience designing or modernizing enterprise IP Telephony systems, including SIP integrations and hybrid deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Phone or other unified communications integrations.
- Cisco or Microsoft certifications in Collaboration, Voice, or related technologies.
- Experience using automation or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline telephony operations.
- ITSM certifications (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).

Cybersecurity Specialist/Information Security Specialist
LOGIS has an opportunity for an Information Security Specialist within our Network Services Team. This position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing security events, leading incident response efforts, performing risk, vulnerability, and threat assessments – including threat intelligence and threat hunting activities. In addition to the technical responsibilities, this role provides security guidance, supports compliance initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in detection and response capabilities
Essential Functions of the position include:
- Monitor, analyze, and triage security events using SIEM and related detection tools across network, endpoint, firewall, and cloud environments.
- Identify and assess potential threats with accuracy and urgency to determine malicious activity and response priorities.
- Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise across the enterprise using threat intelligence, the MITRE ATT&CK framework, and behavioral analytics.
- Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts, working with stakeholders to investigate, contain, and remediate incidents while documenting findings, analyzing root causes, and recommending preventive actions.
- Conduct and document security risk assessments, recommending and tracking remediation to reduce exposure and strengthen posture.
- Support vulnerability management activities, including scanning, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
- Stay current on the latest attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and threat actor activity through open-source and commercial intelligence sources.
- Translate threat data into actionable insights to strengthen detection and response strategies.
- Provide security guidance, consultation, and training to promote best practices and compliance.
- Contribute to compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain broad technical knowledge of enterprise security technologies and IT operations, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, Active Directory, endpoint protection, content filtering, proxy systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Prepare and deliver presentations on security topics, best practices, policy updates, and other relevant areas.
- Foster strong working relationships with members, internal teams, and vendors.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to peers, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing to strengthen overall capabilities.
- Participate in after-hours response as necessary to address critical security events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Security or related field
- Minimum of five years of cybersecurity operations experience
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and audience.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry relevant security certifications such as SSCP, CCSP, CYSA+, etc.

Support Analyst
LOGIS has an opportunity for a Support Analyst I or II within our ERP Application Support Team. Responsible for providing support to the users of LOGIS applications on a daily basis. This assistance includes functioning as a source of information, providing guidance and instruction in the use of all aspects of the LOGIS Management Information System; and performing problem-solving tasks as required by the users. Support may be over a ticketing system, email, virtual meeting (Teams), at a client site, within a user group meeting, or as part of LOGIS training. The majority of support is performed through the ticketing system.
- Have an understanding of the LOGIS Management Information System.
- Training and certifications of the knowledge of assigned application operations from both a user and technical viewpoint. Gain/maintain knowledge of operational procedures to ensure the highest level of support, consultation, and training for our users.
- Knowledge of database procedures to support SQL access, queries, and special requests; coordinate support with other LOGIS teams
- Assist/Prepare training materials for presentations to the users.
- Train end users as necessary or as requested.
- Assist/Prepare changes to applicable user manuals and online help to correct errors, clarify information, or reflect system modifications and enhancements.
- Participate in site visits on an as needed basis for the purpose of maintaining an awareness of any problems or special needs a user may have, and to build strong client relationships.
- Assist with the QA Test program/application changes in accordance with implementation standards.
- Facilitates user group activities
- Perform problem investigation as required by users; assist with formulating recovery strategies that involve the least impact possible to the users.
- Acquire the knowledge to gain the ability to recommend changes to the LOGIS applications as errors or deficiencies are discovered.
- Analyzing and defining users’ requirements for system enhancements and modification in accordance with LOGIS standards.
- Participate in converting and/or implementing LOGIS applications for new and existing clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of two years demonstrated experience working in a data processing environment, preferably providing application support to end users.
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and audience.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- The completion of some Management Information Systems courses is preferred.
- Some previous applications support experience desired.
- Provide beginning level user support for LOGIS applications.
