Membership Services

- Memberships are validated when customers use a facility.
- Lost, stolen, expired or canceled membership cards will cause a warning message to appear.
- Visits are recorded, thereby tracking membership and facility usage.
- Renewal notices and renewals can be automatically generated.
- With an optional card printer and digital camera, membership cards with photo ID and bar code can be created.
Internet Module
- WebTrac, the internet component, provides customers with 24/7 access to course registration, membership sales and facility availability.
- The WebTrac site can be developed to closely match the city’s web site.

League Scheduling
- Register a team or an individual into a league.
- Create schedules for leagues and tournaments.

Point of Sale (POS)
- A retail system for handling drop-ins, facility passes, merchandise, food/beverages and inventory.

Facility Reservation
- Automates all aspects of scheduling, booking and rental of indoor and outdoor facilities.
